Established with a vision to empower rural youth, especially from tribal and underprivileged backgrounds, our institute offers a blend of technical training, life skills, and value-based education. We are proud to be an extension of the Lokpanchayat movement, which has worked relentlessly for rights-based development, environmental conservation, and women’s empowerment for over three decades.

Our training programs are designed to bridge the gap between traditional knowledge and modern livelihoods.
