RTTI College is a non-profit NGO. By supporting us through donations or associated activities, you agree to the following terms:

1. Donations

• All donations made through our website are voluntary and non-refundable.

• Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Products

• Products listed on our website (e.g., student-made items, merchandise, project kits) are for display purposes only.

• All purchases must be made in person at our campus.

• Since we do not conduct online sales, return or refund requests are not applicable online.

3. Exceptions

• Refunds may only be considered in cases of transaction errors or duplicate payments made through Razorpay.

• To request a refund, please contact us within 7 working days and provide valid proof of payment.
