Lokpanchayat RTTI works to support rural and tribal youth by giving them skill-based education and job opportunities. Since 2011, we have been training students with the right skills to help them get good jobs.
Our goal is to make students independent by giving them practical learning and training. With quality education and hands-on experience, we help them build a better and secure future.

Our Commitment to Rural & Tribal Upliftment
- To provide rural and tribal youth with qualifications in technical and vocational trades and help them to find employment on the completion of their academic courses.
- Deliver a high standard of technical education in a professionally-managed facility.
- Bring students from rural, downtrodden, tribal, nomadic & farmer communities into the mainstream of industry.
- Provide employment for at least 85% of students who appear for the examination.
- Promote technical training for women, integrate differently abled persons in training programs.

About Lokpanchayat
Lokpanchayat is a grassroots organisation founded in 1993 in Maharashtra’s Sangamner and Akole regions, dedicated to empowering marginalised communities across 95 villages.
Focusing on social justice, sustainable livelihoods, and environmental conservation, Lokpanchayat works with smallholder farmers, tribal communities, women in distress, and rural youth, positively impacting over 250,000 individuals through initiatives in gender equity, watershed development, and community forestry
